the station looks like.

Well I have daily meetings also with the
repair team. What I also do is I
will make a Manning board so the
mechanics know what kind of containers
and who needs to do the repairs on them.
I started in 2020 as a repair
mechanic. My leader is very approachable
but if I take it more upwards to CEO and
COO,
you can talk to them. They are
very approachable.
Since day one that I started, I was
almost like working here for a few years
already so everybody just
gives you the feeling that you are part
of the group.
Every repair mechanic as soon as they
enter in, they open their computers and
they have already a Manning board to
start their working day. My first
impression when I first walked in was I
was really surprised that this being a
mechanic it's not only working on cars
and whatever has wheels.
Since first day here my colleagues were
really helpful and welcoming and warming
and it was a really surprising to me as
it was a feeling that I've never
experienced before working as a mechanic
anywhere.

Because these containers are being used for pharmaceutical
purposes I know that I'm helping those
pharmaceutical industry to transport
their medicines to people who they
really need them.
I tell my friend that they should
leave their job and just move come
directly and apply for it because the
environment and everything the
philosophy and it's way different
than any other job.
Our responsibility is to make sure that
all the containers which are returned to
the facilities are inspected we make
sure that they are given to the Repair
Station to be repaired and all cleaned
and ready for the next journey that they
take.

Every day is not the same so there are different challenges
and what we deliver makes a difference in the world.
